3DOT Talent: the public homepage in front of the owner control center, shown with fictional demo data

Problem

Recruitment work was spread across spreadsheets, message threads and shared folders, and follow-ups depended on one person's inbox.

Solution

One bilingual system serves three kinds of customer: professionals, employers and businesses that need reliable company data. A public website brings them in, and an internal platform runs the work from first enquiry to placement, invoice and payment.

My contribution

All of it, as my own product: definition, data model, business rules, security, test suite, deployment and operation.

Key features

  • Role-based "My Work" views for staff
  • Placements through invoicing and receivables
  • Two-factor sign-in and a full audit trail
  • Arabic and English as equal languages

Outcome

Candidates, employer pipelines, placements and invoices share one history instead of living in separate files.

Public website live; the internal platform is not open to visitors and is shown only with fictional demo data.

Technical details and full write-upArchitecture, security, testing and decisions, for readers who want the detail.

Overview

3DOT Talent is my own product. I designed, built and deployed it as one system for three kinds of customer: professionals looking for their next role, employers hiring, and businesses that need reliable company data. Its public website is live, and the internal platform behind it runs the operational work from first enquiry to placement, invoice, payment and commission.

Areas
  • Recruitment platform
  • HR tech
  • ATS
  • CRM
  • Career services
  • Business intelligence
  • Data operations
  • Workflow automation

The problem

  • Recruitment work ends up spread across spreadsheets, message threads and shared folders.
  • Candidate documents, applications and interview notes live in different places, with no single history.
  • Employer pipelines and follow-ups depend on one person’s memory and inbox.
  • Career services and company-data work run as separate side projects, each with its own tracker.

The solution

  • One secure platform for the whole lifecycle, from first enquiry to placement, invoice, payment and commission.
  • Arabic and English as equal languages, with a full right-to-left layout.
  • An owner control center, and a role-based “My Work” view for 16 staff roles.
  • Role-based access control, two-factor sign-in and a full audit trail.

My role

All of it, as my own product: product definition, information architecture, the bilingual interface and copy, the data model and business rules, security, the automated test suite, and deployment and operation on a Linux VPS.

Three audiences, one system

The public website sends each visitor into their own enquiry journey. Behind it, one platform and one data model serve all three.

  • Professionals: free career tools, then a candidate portal with their profile, CV and document vault, job-search campaigns, applications, interviews, and privacy and permissions.
  • Employers: a CRM with contacts, an activity timeline and follow-ups, a sales pipeline and contracts, and job orders that run through an ATS pipeline.
  • Business-data buyers: company records kept in shape by a data-operations workspace for verification, freshness, completeness and duplicates.

Core features

  • Public bilingual website with an animated hero and enquiry journeys for professionals, employers and business-data buyers.
  • Free career tools: a CV check, a job-description decoder and a job-scam safety check.
  • Candidate portal: profile, CV and document vault, job-search campaigns, applications, interviews, privacy and permissions.
  • Employer CRM with contacts, an activity timeline and follow-ups.
  • Sales pipeline and contracts.
  • Job orders with an ATS pipeline: sourcing, screening, client shortlists, interviews, offers, placements and guarantee follow-up.
  • Finance: invoices raised from placements, payments, receivables, and commissions with approval.
  • Owner control center and a role-based “My Work” view for 16 staff roles.
  • Reports with CSV and XLSX export.
  • Data operations: verification, freshness, completeness, duplicates and an import center.
  • Tasks, approvals, calendar, documents and notifications.
  • Partner referral portal.

From first enquiry to commission

The platform follows a piece of business from the first message to the money, so nothing is re-typed into another tool along the way.

  • An enquiry from the public website becomes a lead with an owner and a follow-up date.
  • The employer moves through the sales pipeline to a signed contract.
  • A job order opens its own pipeline: sourcing, screening, shortlist, interviews and offer.
  • A placement raises the invoice, and payments and receivables follow from it.
  • Commissions go through approval, and the guarantee period is followed up.

Security and trust

A recruitment system holds CVs, documents and personal histories, so access control is part of the design rather than an add-on.

  • Role-based access control, with a “My Work” view for each staff role.
  • Two-factor sign-in and session management.
  • A full audit trail of who did what, and when.
  • Demo mode runs on its own fictional data, isolated from live records.
  • AI-ready architecture that stays off until a provider is configured.

Selected interface

The public website, then screens from the internal platform captured in Demo Mode. Every company, person and figure in them is fictional demo data.
