Why it is worth building
The need
- Rooms get taken informally, so the calendar and reality drift apart.
- People walk between floors to find out whether a room is free.
- Recurring bookings block rooms long after the meeting stopped happening.
- Nobody has a simple view of which rooms are actually used.
What it would do
The idea
- Show availability at a glance, by room and by time.
- Let someone reserve a room in a couple of taps.
- Make cancelling as easy as booking, so rooms free up.
- Give facilities a straightforward view of usage.
