Overview
IT Hub brings the everyday running of an IT function into one system instead of spreadsheets and scattered inboxes: what is broken, what hardware exists and who has it, which credentials are held and where, and which subscriptions renew when.
It is an internal system. Every route on it requires a login, so nothing about it is publicly browsable — which is why this page carries placeholders rather than screenshots.
The operational need
- Support requests arrive through several channels and get lost between them.
- Nobody has a reliable list of what hardware exists or who is holding it.
- Shared credentials end up in spreadsheets and chat messages.
- Subscriptions renew without anyone deciding whether they are still needed.
What the system does
- A single ticketing queue so requests are logged and tracked in one place.
- An asset register that records what exists and where it is assigned.
- Secure storage for credentials instead of spreadsheets and messages.
- Subscription records with renewal visibility.
My role
- Defined what the system needed to cover.
- Built and deployed it.
- Set up and manage the hosting it runs on.
- Operate and maintain it.
Verified capabilities
- IT ticketing
- Asset management
- Secure password management
- Subscription management
- Operational improvements to day-to-day IT running
Screenshots
No screenshots are published. IT Hub has no public surface, and internal screens contain employee, credential, asset and subscription data that must not be exposed. Placeholders below mark where sanitised captures from a separate demo environment will go.
